Terms of Use
- Invomio helps you create, send and track invoices and quotes. You stay responsible for what your documents say and for your taxes.
- Paid plans are App Store subscriptions: they renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account.
- Your data is yours. You can export it and close your account at any time.
- Don’t misuse the service (for example, sending fake invoices or spam).
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Codelogix Bilgi Teknolojileri [LEGAL FORM], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Türkiye (“Invomio”, “we”). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you use Invomio for a business, you confirm that you may bind that business, and “you” includes it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
2. The service
Invomio lets you manage one or more businesses; create invoices, quotes and credit notes; send them by email, link or PDF; record payments; and work with team members. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give a valid email address.
- Keep access to your email and device secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- When you invite team members, you decide their role. The owner of a business controls its data and its team.
4. Your responsibilities for invoices and taxes
Invomio is a tool, not an accounting, tax or legal advisor. You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of your documents (customers, amounts, tax rates, tax numbers, payment details);
- meeting the invoicing, tax and record-keeping rules that apply to your business, including keeping copies for as long as the law requires;
- having the right to send documents and emails to your customers and to process their data.
Invomio does not currently connect to government e-invoicing systems (such as Türkiye’s e-Fatura/e-Arşiv, Italy’s SDI or similar mandatory platforms). Where such a system is mandatory for you, an Invomio document is not a substitute for it.
Features that suggest content — like “Write or say it”, currency conversions or default tax rates — are aids. Check the result before you issue a document. Exchange rates come from the European Central Bank reference rates and are indicative only.
5. Plans, trials and payment
- The Free plan has the limits shown in the app. Pro and Business plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store (and later Google Play), monthly or yearly, at the prices shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your Apple account settings.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting your Invomio account does not cancel an App Store subscription.
- If a subscription ends, you move to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. Nothing is deleted; the Free plan’s limits apply from then on.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Invomio to:
- issue false, misleading or fraudulent documents, or impersonate another business;
- send spam or messages your recipients have not agreed to receive;
- break the law, including tax, sanctions and data protection law;
- try to access other users’ data, probe or overload our systems, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it;
- resell the service without our written permission.
We may limit sending (for example, a maximum number of emails per hour) to protect deliverability and prevent abuse.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to the data you put into Invomio (“your content”). You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you — for example to render your PDF or show your invoice page to your customer. You can export your content at any time from the app.
8. Data processing terms
For personal data in your content (for example, your customers’ contact details), you are the controller and we are your processor. These terms form the data processing agreement required by GDPR Article 28, the UK GDPR and KVKK:
- We process that data only on your documented instructions — which are these Terms and your use of the app — unless the law requires otherwise.
- Everyone at Invomio with access to it is bound by confidentiality.
- We apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures (see our Privacy Policy, section 8).
- You authorise the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We will announce new sub-processors in advance; you may object, and if we cannot address the objection you may terminate.
- We help you respond to data subject requests and, where relevant, with security, breach notification and impact assessments.
- We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your content.
- When you delete your content or your business, we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
- We make available the information needed to demonstrate compliance and allow reasonable audits, normally through written information.
- International transfers are covered by the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy, section 6.
9. Our intellectual property
Invomio, its software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your business while these Terms apply. Documents you create are yours; on the Free plan they may carry a small “Created with Invomio” note.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep Invomio available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, outages of our providers or events outside our control may interrupt it. Support: support@invomio.com.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Invomio and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms, or where the law requires it; where possible we will warn you first and give you time to export your content.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Invomio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data that regular exports would have prevented, or for losses caused by incorrect content you enter. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 50 if you use the Free plan). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the change takes effect.
14. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of [İstanbul (Çağlayan)] have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and may bring proceedings there.
15. App Store terms
If you downloaded Invomio from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims; we are.
- If a third party claims the app infringes its intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation and resolution.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
